Boynton Endodontics
MEET THE DOCTOR

Dr. Michael Borshov, D.M.D.

Precise, minimally invasive endodontic care, rooted in thorough diagnosis.

Dr. Michael Borshov, D.M.D.

Dr. Borshov is currently in the rigorous process of achieving Board Certification—a comprehensive journey that spans approximately three years, setting endodontics apart from many other dental specialties. While board certification is completely optional and is not required for clinical practice, it is a prestigious distinction that clinicians choose to take on to ensure the highest standard of evidence-based care. Today, this distinction is held by less than 20% of endodontists.

Treatment Philosophy

Dr. Moskow welcomed Dr. Borshov to the practice because the two share a treatment philosophy rooted in three principles: conservative care, transparency, and honesty. Every recommendation begins with the same question — what is the least invasive path to saving this tooth? Patients are walked through their diagnosis and options in plain language, with a clear explanation of what to expect at each step, so there are no surprises before, during, or after treatment. It's an approach built on trust, carried forward from one generation of the practice to the next.

“Dr. Borshov is fantastic. I was dreading a root canal, but he made the whole thing far easier than I expected. He explained everything clearly before starting, checked in on me throughout, and I barely felt a thing. The office runs on time, the staff is friendly and professional, and the follow-up care was great. If you need endodontic work done in the Boynton Beach area, I can’t recommend Dr. Borshov highly enough.”
